Iron Workers Local 377
Organized Labor
Jarrett Gann, Apprentice, Local 378
I like being an iron worker, every aspect of it. Connecting is great. There is a lot to learn and a lot of challenges. I've been doing it for three years. They give you lots of pointers, but you to have to learn how to do it on your own. There's always at least two ways to do the job, and you have to find the way that works best for you. You're always learning something, from everyone you work with. It's fun, it keeps you on your toes, and it keeps you feeling alive.
