I work with the guys when they have issues with the contractors or have any other problems. We make sure they have water. When someone gets hurt, we make sure they get taken care of, including securing their tools and informing their family. This is a real hazardous trade. We work with heavy equipment and large beams with sharp edges, on structures high up in the air. We stress safety and try to stay away from doing anything dangerous, but things happen. Unfortunately, injuries come with the territory.
