I have been with Evans Brothers for 20 years. They are a great company to work for. They are fair, and they keep us really busy and safe. In return we get the job done. It is all about team work.

I like demolition. Every job is different, and it's always a challenge. The challenge is doing it safely and doing it right.

I learned by having a lot of people scream and holler at me to do things right. I learned to listen to them, be patient, and be focused on what you're doing. Focus is the main thing. You not only have to focus on what you are doing today, but also on what you are going to be doing tomorrow.
