In another classroom, apprentices are flipping through workbooks, puzzling through reading blueprints. Instructor Alan Paulsen walks around the room helping different students. He worked in the trade for over nine years before becoming a full time instructor. He enjoys giving students the individual attention they need, especially the younger ones, who can be “a little rebellious at times.”
